Cloudasta analyzed Goldfish Swim School Franchising, LLC’s (GSSF) legacy environment and developed a plan for implementing account permissions and restrictions for each target persona.
To support their growth, GSSF switched from a legacy SKU to Google Workspace (GWS) Enterprise. While cost-effective, not all users needed all GWS services. Thus, policies and settings had to be configured to ensure that the right users had access to applicable features and services based on their role, effectively managing the environment.
Cloudasta analyzed GSSF’s legacy environment, identified features and restrictions, and created a plan to implement permissions for each target persona. Policies were implemented with no disruption and detailed documentation was provided. To ensure a smooth transition, Cloudasta also offered IT support resources and training sessions.
Cloudasta helped GSSF transition to Google Workspace with expert guidance and support. The persona-based roles and access improved control and confidence, ensuring access to necessary features.
